By creating an account and using Clipdrop, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Clipdrop. By using the service, you confirm you meet this requirement.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload, share, or distribute content that:

  • Is illegal, harmful, or violates any applicable law
  • Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Contains malware, viruses, or other malicious code
  • Is sexually explicit or exploitative
  • Harasses, threatens, or harms any individual or group

Account Access

Upload access is granted at the sole discretion of Clipdrop. We reserve the right to enable or disable upload access for any account at any time without notice.

Storage Quotas

Each account is subject to a storage quota set by Clipdrop. Uploading content that exceeds your quota is not permitted.

Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you upload. Clipdrop reserves the right to review, remove any content, and terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Service Availability

Clipdrop is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for any data loss or downtime.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account by contacting support@clipdrop.xyz.

Subscriptions & Billing

Clipdrop offers a Pro plan at $9.99 per month, billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Clipdrop to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your Pro benefits continue until the end of the current billing period.
  • Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • If a payment fails, your account will be downgraded to the free plan and your video expiry periods will adjust accordingly.
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
  • All payments are processed by Stripe. Clipdrop never stores your card details.

How to Cancel

To cancel your Pro subscription:

  • Log in to your Clipdrop account
  • Go to Settings
  • Scroll to the Subscription section and click "Cancel subscription"
  • Confirm the cancellation in the dialog that appears

Your Pro benefits remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account returns to the free plan. If you have trouble cancelling, email support@clipdrop.xyz and we will cancel it for you.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Clipdrop after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
