Common questions

What happens to my videos when they expire?
Expired videos are automatically deleted from our servers. The link will stop working. Make sure to download any videos you want to keep before they expire.
Can I cancel my Pro subscription?
Yes. Go to Settings and click "Cancel subscription." Your Pro benefits continue until the end of the current billing period.
What video formats are supported?
MP4, WebM, MOV, MKV, AVI, OGG, and MPEG are all supported on both free and pro plans.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS compliant. Clipdrop never stores your card details.
